Winter Package Coverage
Our comprehensive winter care includes driveway plowing, walkway and entrance manual shoveling, and professional salting services to prevent ice buildup. We also provide winter yard care to protect your landscaping from harsh seasonal elements.
Service Frequency
Service occurs automatically whenever snow accumulation reaches 2 inches (5cm). Our crews are deployed within 6 hours of the end of a snowfall event to ensure your property is cleared and safe for access.
What's Included vs. Excluded
Included: Plowing of primary driveways, shoveling of main front walkways, and basic salting. Excluded: Snow removal from roofs, clearing of secondary side paths, or towing of vehicles stuck in snow. Excessively heavy ice buildup (ice storms) may require additional labor charges.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the desired end date. Rescheduling due to specific site needs requires 24-hour notice. We reserve the right to prioritize emergency clearings during heavy-volume storms.
Safety & Access Requirements
Properties must be clear of obstructions, including vehicles and temporary outdoor furniture. Clients are responsible for marking invisible hazards (e.g. low-profile landscaping lights). Our crews require unobstructed access to all designated clearing areas.
